ClubHub's Trade & Exchange functionality allows members of your club or organisation to list club related items they have for sale, exchange or wish to give away.
Members can post Trade & Exchange items, and your club's administrator can edit and approve items those items. Items posted have an expiry date after which they are deleted, or the member or administrator can delete them manually.
We recommend that your club's registration confirmation email includes a paragraph telling the user about Trade & Exchange. Edit clubtext 46 as administrator to do this (Tasks >> Configuration >> Configure Text, then edit clubtext 46.
The paragraph should say something like "If you have any items you wish to sell or give away to other club members, or you want to buy second hand gear, then please check out our Trade & Exchange section. Log into ClubHub and select Tasks >> Trade & Exchange."
Also check out clubtexts 103 and 104 which are related, though the text may be appropriate as it stands.
Notifications are available to administrators for Trade & Exchange items awaiting approval, and for members when new items are posted. You'll find these under My Details >> Options >> Receive Notifications by Email.
